krita is the only program i have with this problem and it only started when
i updated to 4.1.7
this is happening on my lap top and desk top computer.
I have tried changing permission on the folder i am trying

"I can save files if I run the program as administrator" -- that proves that it
is a problem with your system, not with Krita.

I have access to every thing on the computer and this only started happening
when i updated to 4.1.7
