Perhaps, I stabilized the problem! When I stand "russian" on first language and
"ukrainian" on second, I have a russian interface. But if I standed "russian"
on either position, I have the english interface!

It's a very strange, but now I have been a russian interface. My computer
changed language, but language changed to "catana" for this result.

Full screen mode is available in 4.0.2, but no Russian language. My OS version
is Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia 64-bit, core is Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia 64-разрядный.
