UPDATE
Found a way to reliably replicate in case of saving:
1; Start saving a (preferably large, so it's slow) document
2; Cancel the saving process before it's complete
3; Try to save again - Krita will try to sa

Issue still present. Recently lost work twice due to Krita getting locked up in
trying to save the document but never actually saving it, leaving no choice but
to terminate it.
