Thanks Boudewijn for the no. 2 tip as well the exif data info.
I reinstalled Krita for windows without shell integration and that took care of
a lot of the oddities. Either that fixed some of the prob

I was also doing screen recordings last Sunday too. I don't know if that has
any impact on Krita. I'm stopping that today as well to see if I see anymore
glitches with Krita.
