Probably not, though Krita is built on Qt, which uses freetype too for font
rendering, so there might be something weird going on.

Hooks into font rendering (doesn't hook hardware accelerated) and replaces with
Freetype for smoother Mac-like appearance.
I don't think that's relevant for this bug, actually.

What is 'mactype'? That doesn't ring a bell. The 2.9.10 builds indeed say
they're 2.9.9, I made the builds before Cyrille updated the version number,
accidentally.

I'm using regular 2.9.10, but it identifies itself as 2.9.9. I originally
installed 2.9.9.1, upgraded, then un/reinstalled, and it still thinks it's
2.9.9. That is another bug.
