Yep, I'm seeing exactly the same too.. Might be worth popping this onto the
arch mailing list actually as it seems to be arch specific.

There are no changes in Konsole between versions 17.04.0 and 17.04.3 that could
affect this. Please check if other changes in your system could cause this.
