Sorry, filed OBSERVED under EXPECTED - my bad.
Selecting 'Cleared' or 'Reconciled' shows no transactions.

I'm confused. It sounds like the OP wants to see ALL transactions, and has
selected "Any status" but is only seeing unmarked transactions.
