Look through all the tabs, making sure no other criteria are specified. I also
had to select "none" for tags, for example.

Even if I select "none" and then Find, it finds all transactions.

Try going to the "Accounts" tab and selecting "None" there, then cilck "Find"
again. It seems that it finds transactions that meet the criteria on any of
the tabs, not just those that meet all of them.
