I found this :
If I maximize the composer window, then the non-displayed part of the text is
displayed.
then
if I reduce the size of the composer window, then non-displayed part stays
displayed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The signature is displayed. It does not disappear when opening the draft mail.
Another experiment :
Open the draft mail.
Put the cursor to the end of the last sentence of the message.
