Yeah, you cannot disable the language plugins from the UI. You can start
KDevelop with "KDEV_DISABLE_PLUGINS=kdevclangsupport kdevelop" or remove the
.so file. At that point you can pretty much use kate instead, thoug

One more thing. I've tried to find something like 'Background parser' of 'C++
plugin' in plugins to disable and there's nothing like this. What section of
plugins it should be placed in and what is it's name?
