kdeveop in (Debian unstable) is fixed. I cannot reproduce this error any
more and I don't know which fix closes this bug.
kdevelop is still 5.0.1-2.

I'm sorry, can't reproduce it with other simpler code.
I compiled now kdevelop from (Debian-)source by my own and this version
is rock solid.

Can you make sure you have kdev-php version 5.0.1, not 5.0.0? We fixed a
similar bug in between. You can also try with the pre-built kdevelop from
kdevelop.org/download.
I can't reproduce the issue on 5.0.2. :/
