FWIW, I now think the Q_QASSERT wasn't even reached; often the line number in a
backtrace like this is 1 higher than the location where the crash really

I cannot reproduce this systematically, but I do get occasional crashes when
using the patch review plugin. I'll try to remember comparing future backtraces
to this one.
