This looks like an ABI problem to me - please check which plugin is being
loaded there. To do that, enable the shell debug output and look at the console
output of KDevelop then:
QT_LOGGING_RULES="kdevplatform.shell

Curious: Did you have KDevelop 5 running before? Did it break just recently for
you?
Are you running 5.0 or master branch?
