Understood, this is why I added x.7000 to the not working drivers and the user
should grade down to version x.6709.

Intel graphic driver x.6890 and x.6912 seems it interferes with
dbus-daemon.exe.
Installing Intel graphic driver x.6709 solves the issue.

My windows and Intel are up to date. I had deleted my app data before I tried
to reinstall and got the same results.
