My apologies. I replied to the wrong thread. The rendering rescaling problem is
solved. Is the "Crop" effect rescaling issue what is not solved (bug 408235).

Render settings
I tried with 19.04.2 Windows and Linux with a 1080p50 clip rendered to 640x360
and on both systems I got a 640x360 m
