Uploaded the video file. Using this instead of the full file the crash is still
happening for me. It's as simple as dragging on the timeline (uppermost part)

For me it also crashes when I drag the bottom-most rotoscope mask points out of
the bottom of the screen. Maybe that is a similar error...

Sorry for the comment flooding. The exact version number is 18.12.1b, but I
just tested the 18.08.03 and the daily 19.04 beta AppImage and it crashes there
too.

The culprit seems to be the Rotoscope effect of the SECOND part of the clip.
The first part plays fine. Enabling rotoscope on the second part makes it
crash...
