In the forum a kdenlive user wrote me a solution.
In the project monitor its possible to zoom with
SHIFT+CTRL+Mouse Wheel
But if you don't know this, its hard to work with zooms. Maybe a infofield fit

Without it, using Position and zoom plugin, where You have to drag four corners
of the video out the project monitor is impossible, You loose corner controls
after first drag.
