Since uninstall, with battery saver forced off battery drain has been <2%.
Before uninstall estimated battery time remaining was 15 mins

Upgraded to Android P. Battery started lasting till 11am when removed from
charge at 8am.
Android P has a different battery stats page.
KDEConnect was listed as being active the whole 3 hour period.
