With gtk enabled LO layout is better than without gtk- (and kde-) integration.

You are right! Removing libreoffice-kde solves the bug! Unfortunately, it also
removes some very useful KDE/LibreOffice integration such as the file picker
(Gtk file picker is horrendous!)

Not the same bug thought!
Because I don’t have Autokey installed and I have libreoffice-gtk2 and
libreoffice-gtk3 installed. Still the interface looks like attached
screenshots.

I have the same issue, except that removing libreoffice-gtk(2,3, etc.) doesn't
change anything: menus are still not available.
(I'm on KDE Neon, with Plasma 5.18)
