After creating a new user I found that the menu is 'normal' for the new user.

The Menu-Entries are shown as "No text" instead of "File", "View" ... etc.
Furthermore I can't configure the content of the left sidebar with image
information. I removed gwenview [apt remove --purge gwenview] and reinstalle
