Sorry for my late reply! Unfortunately OpenSUSE does not supply
gwenview-debuginfo with Leap42 although they do supply debuginfo package
for almost everything else. The crash is reproducible but with certain

If this is reproducible, could you attach the JPEG file that causes the crash?
Additionally, it would help if you install gwenview-debuginfo symbols to get a
better backtrace.
