I run into this multiple times a day and it really impacts productivity. How
can I clear the file picker settings? Or the mime settings? Or whatever it
uses.

It's not Dolphin, it's the file dialog, which id provided by KIO. But not
really, I don't think there's any relevant debug logging around this.

To clarify - it happens regularly with different files, but only specific files
cause the issue (which then breaks preview for all files).

This flie specifically triggers the bug, and then breaks the preview for all
pngs browsed too subsequently (which previously were working fine). It does not
