It's up to you guys. I wouldn't open a terminal, I'd more that likely just
open file manager. And I'm about that close to upgrading to Mint 20 anyway so

Okay, really horrible results. Well, kinda.
Installing konsole and konsole-kpart (dependency) made konsole open when I did
'file manager here' but now terminal does nothing in mint 20 just like mint
19.

Thanks for the info Alan. Are you able to test one thing for me. Please install
konsole and set it as your default terminal and see if that fixes the issue. It
