That seems very unlikely, I can't imagine how that could be.
The mouse was behaving normally everywhere else outside of Dolphin.

Aand kind of unsurprisingly, after clicking around and switching focus
between applications enough to report this bug (I did try that before but that
wasn't enough) the issue has gone away on its own.
