@Gilles no web browser mode needed just our student to compile it. We can
remove it though, I assume you have Qt6 with QWebEngine. In principle, digiKam
without a WebEngine is useless anyway.

The NoWebWidget was only created to test/enable a port to Qt6 in GSoC-2021. One
of the web engines must be active.

info dialog, but header is not found.
