I've changed to using the VLC backend but still see the problem so I don't
think it's a backend issue.

Maybe relevant that I'm using the Gstreamer backend.
I'm only seeing the
cache_read stream error: cannot pre fill buffer
mjpeg demux error: cannot peek
with ogg files but those messages are after the incorr
