Neon 5.16.90 live ISO doesn't want to boot on my notebook. It got stuck with
black screen and white cursor after loading screen and before logon screen.
When I tried another USB port, it got stuck on loading scree

Unfortunately I'm using Neon on my work notebook, so I can't switch to testing
branch. However I will try to boot live testing ISO to check it out.
