Gentlemen:
We have been able to isolate this cause for this behavior. It is not a problem
in the Breeze theme. It is an issue with run-time scaling that was being done
in our application (IDE).

Sorry for the delay in responding.
The system is configured to use the Roboto font by default (from
fonts.google.com). The application uses the default system font (at least their
no code to override it).
