I forgot to mention this happens on Wayland with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland, if I
run kded6 with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb it works as intended, but obviously on a
Wayland session that causes other issues like non-scaling

Actually the same walk is observer when you put the icon in the left column,
the offset is just smaller.

It must be, if I try to restart a service through systemctl I do get the
dialog.
I've made a clean install on another partition, but I can't seem to find
differences in the polkit config files at all.
