I used the GA of fedora 29 kde.
The problem no longer seems to occur.
i disabled kwallet and i was able to successfully use krfb without the pop up
(or any other issue).

i see tons of these messages. i am running fedora 27 with Mate (although there
are various/many kde packages loaded). This seems to be provoked by copying
