Hm, sorry, I don't know what you recommend me to do:
1) I can't find anything in KCM regarding panel icon size
2) I can't find anything in ~/.config/kdeglobals regarding panel icon size
3) AFAIK, panel conf

Actually, the workaround with the wide and not so tall icon doesn't work.
the space for is still the square, so as high as width.

Please note, the swap persists after reboot. I could not find a way to fix the

Version 2.9.0 is what I have now. It has been consistent in the last few
versions - which is why I believe it is a packaging problem, but I don't know
