I found that this issue is caused by
QT_SCALE_FACTOR_ROUNDING_POLICY=RoundPreferFloor
I've started to track back every change I made from vanilla Arch + Plasma
installation and at some point I was fixing jagged fon

Also I've noticed scroll bars are not usable - clicking on one to drag it with
a mouse closes LSP Client popup completly.
Maybe not related to this issue, but have you considered adding dedicated
