yesterday Frameworks 5.18 was released so I'll be testing this when the

I'm still experiencing this bug.
Tried "empty trash" and still the problem persists.
Also, dolphin is closed but I still have multiple dolphin instances in the
background (after multiple attempts of "empty trash"
