The two monitors differ in size and resolution.
One is 49 inches 2560x1440 and the other is 13 inches 3840x2400.
The 3840x2400 is using a larger text.(window text zoom)
The monitor in problem is a 2560x1440 resolution

Some of the bugs show the same problem.
However, sometimes I can and can't figure out where the text tool modal window
is hiding.
If I can see the text tool modal window, the bottom of the text tool modal
