Haven't tried one of those builds, but I have version 5.2.1 here and am no
longer experiencing the bug. At the very least I can't reproduce it anymore
using the approach described earlier.

I found key mismatch that leads to this bug. For that kind of fps (not integer)
Timecode class is using frame dropping, but not like in MLT and apparently not
like in timeline.

I deleted the kritarc and it seems that it works again .. I didn't find the
