So far I run into this issue when I pull from git and run the install script on
Kubuntu 20.04 and Fedora 32 KDE. For the hell of it I decided to do the same on
my openSUSE Tumbleweed desktop and it works just fine

Some more testing around and I found that playing with the min/max length of
the panel will impact whether or not the Latte Tasks disappears.
1. If the min and max value match then it disappears.

I am able to reproduce this with a new default layout. I'm also not seeing
anything weird when I toggle the setting when launching Latte Dock from the
terminal with the debug flag.
