For what it's worth, `git status --porcelain` usually takes 0.3s for a clean
work copy on my machine.

I think it's because `git status --porcelain`, it will do something like
`open("/repo/.git/index.lock", O_RDWR|O_CREAT|O_EXCL|O_CLOEXEC, 0666)`,
according to strace.

It's KDevelop::BackgroundParser::parseComplete emitting the signal.
We'll need to add a timer to update the progress bar, instead of notify the
main thread in every single step.
