I have the printer connected via USB and WLAN.
I was the printer get working on WLAN again after deleting the printer within
CUPS (In browser: http://localhost:631) and installed it again with hp-setup

I am no longer sure, whether it is really fixed at Ubuntu. Sometimes it works
on KDE Neon and sometimes not. Same on Ubuntu.

This started soon after updating the KDE Neon basis to 20.04.
Note:
On my Ubuntu 20.04 computer I had for a shot perion the same problems. But this
got resolved within a week.

Now the minimize button is there and the window buttons are ok.
