I have tested on digiKam-8.3.0-20240107T194535-Win64.exe:
Everything work fine now.
It seems to also fix another strange behavior when I do the rotation in
XnViewMP and see the image in DigiKam (the thumbnail was badly

Ok, for now, I found a work-around, by using linux-lts 5.10.79 and correctly
removing ~/.Xauthority (remove then logout then be sure it's removed in a tty
then log in then reboot) so it seems to be a problem
