Apparently my issue was the dual nvidia GPU. I have a workstation with an
RTX5000 and an RTX2000. If I remove either of these wayland works perfectly.

Apparently the crash happened because I had enable the holidays plugin in
digital clock. I manually edited the plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
