Still an annoying issue. For some reason, protectPornPrivacy.kwinscript does
not always work (some windows would get to the external screen).

Yes. OpenSUSE 42.3, Nautilus (Gnome) spins down the disk, Dolphin in KDE
session does not.
But sadly I doubt it will be fixed some day.

Only kwin, no other shortcut.
I just noticed that if I plug the HDMI screen back, the shortcut works again.
And if I unplug it once more time, again stop working.

Yes, I use quite a lot of shortcuts intensively and they all work well.
Only the second use of these gets ignored.
