you don´t mean the "sudo ls -le -R .."
Did you try:
system settings -> Security &Privacy -> Full Disk Access -> Terminal -> Yes
Terminal:
su admin
sqlite3 /Library/Application\ Support/com.

when loosing connection to my networkDrive, some funny things happened in
digikam.
Preview Pictures re empty, sometimes it seems that the database is empty, the
