The breeze icon version I have installed is 4:5.18.0-0ubuntu1
(breeze-icon-theme), which is the latest version available on 16.04.2, an LTS
Ubuntu release.

This problem is seen in Dolphin 15.12.3 installed by (k)ubuntu 16.04.1 (LTS),
using the Breeze Dark theme.
I am currently running it from gnome 3 (due to unrelated performance issues on
