The baloo was disabled, however enabling it does not solve the problem. Its
shows the following message in terminal (in Portuguese):
[cassiano@arch ~]$ balooctl status
O Indexador de Arquivos Baloo está em execução

The bugs occurs in Dolphin v16.12.0 and 16.08.3
