I've made some more testing. It seems to be related to network access on
Windows. When I use a local Album, accessing HEIC images is as fast as Mik
says.
But when I access the HEIC images on a SMB share (connect

Just tested sleep in KDE Plasma 5.27 on Manjaro testing and wonder what: the
bug is still there.
Again I had to remove `~/.local/share/kscreen` folder and tediously rearrange
