There is actually another workaround you guys could try, symlink the
folders you want to access on a regular basis and put the link into your
~/ this somehow helped me and the thumbnails were loading

I don't have to imagine, I have thousands of video files on my drives,
it's not cool that this doesn't work properly, I thought about some
