Hi,
I can access bugstest.kde.org in Mozilla and even in Konqueror without a
problem. I don't have a proxy and in SystemSettings the „No proxy” option is
selected. I'm not sure what else to test.

KWin. Everything that is displayed, on both displays, follows that
