It was on X11, I didn't try it on Wayland.
I have an update on the bug though, I tried testing it today and I could not
reproduce. When I came across the bug earlier I was able to reproduce it

I would like to add that sometimes the audio output will not be recognized on
X11 session login. I have to turn off and on the screen for it to be
recognized.
However, it is never recognized in the Wayland session
