I should also mention that this bug happens with every audio format I have
tried: WAV, FLAC, OGG, MP3, and also at both 44.1 and 48 KHz sample rates. I
haven't tried other sample rates.

For those who don't know /etc/sudoers.d/ is specific to Debian based distros
like Kubuntu. Non debian based distros do not necessarily load files in this
folder by default. /etc/sudoers should be used on theses systems.
