Time appropriate greetings everybody,
I'm looking for the Kdevelop documentation but all I could find is the
handbook from 2012-08-19 – is there any newer documentation? Google
failed me and it seems that there are only outdated and decade old texts
to find.

As a tri-focal wearing octogenarian I require HTML's ability to display
a readable font. I routinely have multiple tabs open and am working
without internet availability [low data cap also;].
PDF documentation close to unusable.
Are the HTML docs available for local viewing?
TIA
